AutoBidMaster is a dynamically growing US-based company with global ambitions. Our e-commerce platform had made us a recognized leader in the auto auction industry, serving thousands of members throughout the globe. We are actively looking for an experienced Sales Agent who will be a great addition to our big international team!The Sales Agent is responsible for working with potential clients, helping them to place an order from our website, controlling payments, and consulting with all our additional products.
Requirements:
You will work as part of our sales team and need to have strong independence and perseverance, analytical thinking and reliability, be responsible and hardworking.
The main task will be to represent AutoBidMaster in the Honduras market. For that you will need:
• Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
• Knowledge on the local automotive market and the auto auction field.
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Being self-motivated and self-organized
• Be a team player, positive, efficient, detail oriented
• Quick, efficient computer skills and strong multi-tasking abilities.
Main responsibilities:
• Increase in the number of car sales for Honduras buyers.
• Clarification of the process of purchasing and delivering cars from the United States, if necessary, helping the client to understand the company's software tools, and manage payments for the orders.
• Schedule and hold meetings with potential customers in the office, in order to interest the client in the purchase.
• Keeping records of potential customers, constant expansion of the customer base, increase in the number of sales.
• Collect the requirements of potential customers by the type of car they need, assisting in selecting a vehicle.
• Answer phone calls and emails from customers regarding the specifics of the company's work.
Bonus will be:
• Fluent English
• Customer Support Experience.
• Experience in Automotive companies
