Job Purpose

Under the direction of the Operation Ops Support Supervisor, this position is responsible for the daily operation tasks, such as Data Entry activities in ACSR, LSS VC, GFF, etc. Coordinating and managing the export process from end to end for some customers. He/She will be responsible for making sure to comply with our internal KPIs and to comply with our customers’ requirements. She/he must develop and maintain strong internal/external customer service and high communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Take care of the daily operations of the assigned function(s).
• Achieve a high customer satisfaction rating (internal customers).
• Provide basic troubleshooting to resolve problems to meet our internal customers' needs.
• Communicate to supervisor any new requirement of our internal customers.
• Cooperate with other operation analysts in our offices to solve problems that prevent us from meeting KPIs.
• Seek support from the immediate Supervisor for final decision making and approval.
• Support other team members as needed.
• Must comply with written policies as set forth in Company handbook as well as Honduras “Reglamento Interno de Trabajo”

Qualification

Education University student
Experience 1 – 2 years of experience in Logistics, transportation, or international business.
