COMPANY
Impala Terminals Group facilitates the global trade of commodities by offering producers and consumers reliable and efficient access to international markets. Through its network of 30 strategically located assets and operations in 20 countries, Impala provides critical storage and logistics infrastructure services to energy and dry bulk customers around the world. The company manages two global businesses – Impala Energy Infrastructure and Impala Dry Bulk & Logistics - and is a joint venture between one of the world’s largest commodity trading houses, Trafigura, and the global fund manager, IFM Investors.

ITG is a Joint-Ventures between Trafigura and IFM investment fund, owning and operating various assets such as ports, terminals and multimodal logistics assets chains in export driven emerging markets for both liquid and dry cargos. It operates as well several assets (owned by Trafigura) under a management service.

MAIN PURPOSE
Plan, prioritize, and coordinate the implementation and maintenance of ISO Management System (ISO 9000; 14000; 45000; to benefit our customers by applying industry's practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Coordinate the rollout of each ISO in the Terminal and encourage to the employees to keep the standards alive.

2. Document specific processes.

3. Lead all aspects of the performance.

4. Define, in coordination with those responsible for its application, the processes and procedures that regulate the tasks of the different Terminal areas.

5. Maintain updated documents and record control.

6. Safeguard the generated quality records after each audit.

7. Document and follow up on action plans for findings identified in audits.

8. Supervise and verify corrective/preventive action work plan for effective closure.

9. Handle the document base, giving controlled access to the manual procedures, instructions, formats of all the systems documentation to the employees who are responsible.

10. Coordinate the organization and documentation of the Terminals contingency plans.

11. Coordinate the visits of the external advisors and elaborate the work agenda.

12. Conduct internal procedure audits to ensure compliance with the processes involved in the system.

13. Setting and design, in consensus with the standard committee, the necessary objectives for the evaluation and control of the processes.

14. Responsible for training the employees in the standards requirements.

15. Develop the guidelines for document control.

16. Build an ISO audit program.

17. Generate reports of the audits carried out.

18. Collect information on the results of the indicators in the different processes and prepare the presentation of indicators.

19. Plan, carry out and compile reports of the management review.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. Educational Level:

- Industrial Engineer or bachelor’s degree in business administration.

2. Specialized Knowledge:

- Process measurement

- Administration of ISO standards

- Process auditing

3. Languages

- Spanish

- English

4. Work Experience

- 2 years of experience in ISO System Implementation

- Process Analysis, Design and Diagramming

- Statistical Process Control

- Personnel Training and Coaching

- Audits

- Design and Development of ISO Manuals
