Join us at Next Level Solutions as a Business Analyst I. Dive deep into the world of insurance, understanding business needs and translating them into software requirements. Collaborate with clients and teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Utilize your analytical skills to draw meaningful conclusions from data sets. Excel in a highly motivated and organized environment. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 is a must.

What You'll Do:
Partner with Senior Business Analysts to understand requirement methodologies
Gain the ability to look at a data set, analyze, and draw bigger conclusions
Collaborate and communicate well internally and client facing
Learn key fundamentals of the insurance industry to help you build the foundation you need to produce quality requirements for software implementations
Develop a key understanding of Agile methodologies
Work directly with clients to understand their business needs and effectively translate those into requirements
Collaborate with other Business Analysts, Development, and Quality Assurance teams throughout the software development lifecycle
What You'll Bring:
Microsoft Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated and self-starter
Can work independently and in a team environment
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
Ability to maintain composure under pressure
