Property Management Coordinator — Remote Talent PoolLocation: Remote, Honduras. Independent contractor opportunities aligned with U.S. business hours; the exact schedule depends on the matching role. Compensation up to USD 2,000 per month, depending on the role and experience.
Sagan connects international talent with U.S.-based businesses. We are building a talent pool for property management coordination and will match qualified applicants to suitable opportunities as they become available.
Relevant experience includes property management or closely related real estate operations, especially tenant relations, tenant-facing customer service, leasing support, maintenance coordination, or inspections.
Typical responsibilities include responding to tenant questions, handling escalations professionally, coordinating maintenance requests and vendors, supporting lease renewals and move-in or move-out processes, and keeping property records and task lists accurate.
Strong written and spoken English is required for direct tenant communication. You should be organized, dependable, and comfortable coordinating remote administrative workflows. Familiarity with tools such as Buildium, AppFolio, Yardi or Property Meld is helpful.
