POSITION: Property Management CoordinatorLocation: Global (LATAM Preferred)
Schedule: U.S.-Aligned Hours (Depending on Member Need)
Compensation: Up to 2000 USD/month (depending on the employer, your experience, and performance)
Note: Independent contractor position
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
* Tenant Relations Respond to tenant questions, requests, and concerns Assist with lease notices, renewals, and general communication Handle escalations with clarity and professionalism 2.
* Maintenance Coordination Log and manage maintenance requests Coordinate vendors and follow up on completions Keep residents informed of timelines and updates Track tickets and update internal systems 3.
* Leasing & Property Support Assist with lease renewals and basic lease modifications Support move-in and move-out processes Help coordinate or review inspections Maintain accurate property files and documentation 4.
* General Property Operations Support property managers with daily administrative tasks Update systems such as Buildium, AppFolio, Yardi, Property Meld, etc.
* Manage tasks with strong organization and follow-through Provide high-quality customer service to tenants, owners, and vendors
