We are helping OWL Trusted Partner find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Customer Service Representative.

Compensation:
To be agreed upon.
+ Bonuses (up to 8% of base compensation)
+ Health insurance
+ Commissions (~HNL 2K/month)

Location:
Torre Metropolis, Tegucigalpa, Honduras.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Customer Service role located in Tegucigalpa. As a Customer Service representative at OWL Trusted Partner Solutions, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer experiences on the phone.

Schedule Available:
Monday to Friday.
11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (changes during daylight saving time).
Weekends off.

Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills.
- Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult customers with empathy and professionalism.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to:
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide support via email, text and phone.
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all customer interactions are accurately documented in our system.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
