About the Role:
Sagan connects experienced business operations and project coordinators with US-based businesses. Your experience will be matched to relevant client opportunities, with specific responsibilities confirmed during the selection process.

Position Overview:
Keep day-to-day operations and projects organized, with clear owners, accurate records and timely follow-through.
You do not need to cover every specialty. Tell us which responsibilities you have owned and where you are strongest.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain task lists, project records and deadlines; follow up with owners and flag delays.
• Coordinate handoffs and requests between teams, customers and other stakeholders.
• Check operational or sales records and prepare clear status updates.
• Document recurring processes and keep shared information current.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.
• Practical experience with project tracking, spreadsheets, documentation and CRM systems.
• Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.
• Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.

Nice-to-Haves:
Experience supporting US-based clients or teams and familiarity with the industry you would support. These are preferences, not requirements for every opportunity.
