Descripción de la Plaza


 Ensure to set and follow up on patients appointments.
 Perform real time management and scheduling duties (Company Systems).
 Ensure efficient performance through balancing human and technical resources.
 Administer policies and procedures to assure consistency.
 Maintain complete knowledge of all service tasks and programs, as well as system and telecommunications capabilities.


 College degree or equivalent work experience.


 Call Center Experience it’s a must (Sales Experience)
 Good skills in keyboard and operating computer systems (office).
 Capable to follow instructions.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
 Demonstrate the ability to work well with people, external customers.
 Strong organizational, and time management skills.
 Team Work Skills.


 PC's processor: i5 or higher with 8 Gbs ram.
 It´s a must to have 2 PC monitors.
 Internet speed: 10mbs or higher.
 USB Headset with noise canceling.
 Wire connection (LAN) not Wifi.
