Purpose of the charge:

The Sponsorship Content Officer is responsible for producing communication and sponsorship content from Guatemala, Ecuador, Bolivia and Honduras country offices for external audiences. The Content Officer will be the champion of the Magic Moments Communication Initiative and will provide training and assistance on this initiative to country offices and local partner staff. She or he will also provide guidance on quality sponsorship communication/materials and will carry out a regular sampling for quality control of those materials

Profession:
Bachelor degree or equivalent in communications

Requisitos específicos:
• Advanced English writing, editing and communication skills
• Very organized project management skills with ability to multitask, prioritize and anticipate unstated questions or concerns.
• Ability to create reports
• Ability to synthesize a lot of information into compelling content/design.
• Design skills to create aesthetically engaging content (Publisher or similar) and/or ability to coordinate with external vendors to produce/design content.
• Understanding of customer service and expectations.
• Understanding of field/family context, Local Partner operations and sponsor expectations, desirable.
• Understanding of when to escalate issues
• Computer proficiency in general office software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook) and Salesforce.
• Fluent in verbal and written Spanish and English required.
